Manchester, UK · BM Technologies founder · SaaS builder
BM Technologies is the base: supporting clients, running infrastructure, improving security and building software where it solves a real operational problem. The aim is not to force everything into a product. It is to understand how a business works and build the right tool when one does not already exist.
How I work
I sit between business operations and technical delivery: understanding what is actually slowing people down, deciding whether it needs process, infrastructure, security or software, then getting the right solution built.
That comes from the day-to-day reality of BM Technologies: supporting clients, running live platforms, making commercial decisions and building systems like Axis-One and Pulse when the existing tools are not enough.
Map the real workflow, the people involved, the risk, the commercial pressure and the parts that are wasting time or causing repeat issues.
Not everything needs custom software. Sometimes it is better support, cleaner infrastructure, tighter security, automation or a simpler process.
When software is the answer, design the architecture, build the MVP, connect the systems, handle users, billing, data and the admin surfaces around it.
Run it like production matters: monitoring, backups, deployment discipline, security, documentation and clear ownership once it is live.
Flagship builds

Axis-One is the operational system being built around how an MSP actually runs: tickets, SLAs, contracts, time, billing, projects, clients, assets and reporting in one multi-tenant workspace.

Pulse is the hosting control plane behind BM Technologies’ production web platform: server fleets, WordPress sites, backups, restores, SSL, cache controls, uptime checks and visual website monitoring.

Visit mentalhealth360.org.ukStarted BM Technologies in 2021 and, alongside Amy and James, helped grow it into a practical technology business covering managed IT, cloud, cyber security, hosting, web delivery and bespoke software. It has always been a team effort: building the service, supporting clients properly, setting technical standards and creating products when the market does not give us the right tool.
Led a five-person support team across a large MSP client base, balancing technical escalation, service quality, people development and client communication.
Took ownership of the IT function during a reset period, rebuilding trust, tightening process and improving the infrastructure foundations.
Became responsible for on-premise and virtualised infrastructure in a production-heavy environment where downtime mattered.
Delivered senior infrastructure and 3rd-line support across multiple client environments, combining hands-on delivery with team escalation ownership.
Built the technical foundation in fast-moving support environments, learning how systems fail, how users actually work and how to stay calm during business-critical issues.
Stack and strengths
My experience sits across building software, running production infrastructure and owning the decisions that make systems reliable. The common thread is practical technical work that survives contact with real businesses.
